Digital Development For All
Digital Development For All
This important publication resulted from a partnership with Microsoft, the University of California Berkeley, and World Enabled. It showed that although tremendous opportunities exist to scale up digital inclusion for persons with disabilities and older persons, development agencies have a long way to go to sufficiently address digital inclusion. This is reflected within both internal policies (procurement, human resources, internal communications, and training) and external operations (lending and non-lending development assistance operations). This report contains four chapters, each exploring the evidence emerging from 20 development practitioner interviews, a review of over 1000 project documents, and a short survey of stakeholders working in digital development.
